it’s true though… i do feel so much bettter when i eat healthy but i just find it so hard to do so. I just end up eating lots of fried chicken and chocolate and sweets. It makes me feel good temporarily but yeah long-term no so much

chocolate and sweets sound so good  my personal guilty pleasure is noodles - i know i shouldn’t eat too much carbs but i love noodles so much i can eat multiple bowls in a sitting :sob: bonus points if the noodles are spicy!

but lately ive been exploring some healthier food options and i’ve gotten into the habit of making and eating kefir daily, with fresh fruits n chia seed to top it up! so refreshing and always makes me feel better afterwards

That’s totally understandable @Alisya5 ! Eating healthy can be a challenge, especially like fried chicken and sweets giving that quick feel-good boost. But the fact that you are aware of how it affects you on long term is a great step! Maybe you could start with small changes, like swapping one meal or snack a day with something you enjoy that’s also nourishing. I’m sure you’ll find a balance that works for you :orange_heart: What’s one healthy swap you’d consider trying?

ooff that sounds refreshing! been wanting to try incorporating kefir on daily basis, heard its a good probiotic! Have you noticed any other benefits since incorporating it into your routine? I find it amazing how even a small change can make such a big difference in how we feel.

As for noodles, they’re definitely a comfort food! I always crave them when it rains, it’s like a warm blanket for the soul, haha. Have you ever tried making healthier noodle recipes? I’d love to know if you have any tips!

totally agree! i really feel so much better both physically and mentally when i watch what i eat. i love a good smoothie with spinach, berries, and a bit of protein powder and yeah, dark chocolate is definitely a mood lifter for me too!
