What keeps you from moving?

We’ve all been there — life gets busy, and staying active can feel like one more thing to juggle. Some days, it’s just hard to find the motivation, even when we know that just a little movement can make us feel better. :star2:

For me, even taking a few minutes to stretch or step outside for a short walk really helps me reset and get through the day.

honestly, staying active hasn’t been a huge issue for me. i just try to make it part of my routine so it feels like a natural part of the day rather than something extra. even on busy days, i’ll fit in a quick workout or go for a walk; helps keep me energetic and i have clearer mind too… i think without it i would feel so sluggish!
