Lose appetite when anxiety hits

hellooo. does anyone else just completely lose their appetite when anxiety hits? like i know i should eat but even the thought of food makes my stomach turn. i’ve tried nibbling on small snacks but it still feels impossible. anyone else go through this? :person_raising_hand:
