Life throws us all curveballs and navigating stressful moments can feel overwhelming. But having a solid support system—whether it’s family, friends, colleagues, or even someone you just connect with—can make all the difference. It’s those people who remind us we don’t have to face tough times alone.
Who’s your go-to person when things get tough? How do they help you find your footing when life feels heavy?
Let’s open up and share our stories. Together, we can learn how to build stronger support systems and be there for each other when it matters most. Because no one should have to go through hard times alone.
for me it’s my best friend!! we met in uni during a group project. she just started talking to me like we were already friends. now she’s my rock. when i’m spiraling, she just listens and helps me chill, plus her humour is unmatched so witty but i love it!
For me, it was always my grandmother. She was the one I’d go to for advice, comfort, a chat - anything and everything really… She passed away recently & it’s been really tough. I miss her a lot, esp when things feel heavy
